【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesrequirementsforthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHFCBlendBencounteredindistributionthroughbothcommercialandmilitarychannels.ItisintendedtoensurethatHFCBlendBishandled,transported,andstoredinsuchawaythatitsphysicalpropertyvirtuesarenotdegraded.Transportmaybebyvariousmeans,suchas,butnotlimitedto,highway,rail,water,andair.1.1Thispracticecoversguidanceanddirectiontosuppliers,reclaimers,purchasers,andusersinthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHFCBlendB.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundandSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.SIunitsarepreferred.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
