【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinesbeyondtherequirementsgiveninISO9001inordertoconsiderboththeeffectivenessandefficiencyofaqualitymanagementsystem,andconsequentlythepotentialforimprovementoftheperformanceofanorganization.WhencomparedtoISO9001,theobjectivesofcustomersatisfactionandproductqualityareextendedtoincludethesatisfactionofinterestedpartiesandtheperformanceoftheorganization.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheprocessesoftheorganizationandconsequentlythequalitymanagementprinciplesonwhichitisbasedcanbedeployedthroughouttheorganization.ThefocusofthisInternationalStandardistheachievementofongoingimprovement,measuredthroughthesatisfactionofcustomersandotherinterestedparties.ThisInternationalStandardconsistsofguidanceandrecommendationsandisnotintendedforcertification,regulatoryofcontractualuse,norasaguidetotheimplementationofISO9001.
