【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofsolderableenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass155withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyurethaneresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamideresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class155isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof155andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast175℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;-Grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
